Harvest Carnival Information
Tuesday, October 31st
12:15pm Dismissal
We are so excited to host our annual Harvest Carnival on Tuesday! Our event will begin with class performances followed by carnival games and food sales. Please see the schedule below:
- 7:00am – Event set-up begins (Registered volunteers check-in)
- 8:00am – Ticket booth opens. (Each ticket is $1 and can be used for either food or games. CASH ONLY.)
- 8:00am – Food sale begins (Morning menu only: coffee, donuts)
- 8:30am – Classes begin to take their seats outside.
- 9:00 – Student Council welcomes all to the Harvest Carnival and class performances begin.
- 10:00am – Carnival Games Begin & Food Sale Continues (Full menu)
- 11:30am – Dance class performance
- 11:45am: Final announcements and clean-up begins.
- NOTE: If you are taking your child out early, you MUST notify their teacher directly.
COSTUME GUIDELINES:
Costumes need to be modest and appropriate for school. If a child brings a costume that is inappropriate in any way on this day, they will not be able to participate.
PARKING:
We encourage you to arrive early to secure a parking spot. If you are able to carpool with family members and reduce the number of cars, that is appreciated. Please listen to the security guard for parking instructions. Additional parking at Loyola lot on 15th street/Kenmore.
