Thursday, October 28th – School Costume Day
Students may wear costumes to school. Please see costume policy.
COSTUME POLICY: Costumes need to be modest and appropriate for school. Costumes which glorify evil, are gruesome, gory or frightening are not allowed. Costumes should not be revealing, extremely violent, have weapons, be sexual in nature, allude to drug use, appear to have any gang affiliation or make fun of a particular ethnic group. If a child brings a costume that is inappropriate in any way on this day, they will not be able to participate.
Póliza de Disfraces: Los disfraces deberán ser modestos y apropiados para la escuela. Los disfraces que glorifican el mal, sean sangrientos y aterradores no son permitidos. Los disfraces no deberán ser extremadamente violentos, tener armas, de naturaleza sexual, aludir al uso de drogas, tener alguna afiliación de pandillas ni ridiculizar ningún grupo étnico. Si un alumno trae un disfraz no modesto o inapropiado de cualquier forma en ese día, él/ella no podrá participar.
