Harvest Carnival Reminders!

Friday, October 25th 

12:15pm Dismissal 

  • Mandatory $5.00 donation due TOMORROW! (To the teacher)
  • Parents are invited to volunteer/donate and/or help with: setup/cleanup and food item preparations.  Please contact the office for specific areas of need.
  • Parents who volunteer at the games must be  Fingerprinted and VIRTUS trained. 
  • We will start our day with a show, then proceed to carnival games and food sale. (FOOD AND GAME TICKETS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY)
    • 9:00 – Student Council welcomes all to the Harvest Festival and Parade begins. 
    • Performance order: 4th grade, 2nd grade, TK, Kinder, 6th grade, 1st grade, 5th grade, 3rd grade, 7th grade, 8th grade 
  • 11:45: Teachers to start taking students back to class & 12:15 dismissal.
    • NOTE: If you are taking your child out early, you MUST sign them out. 
  • COSTUME GUIDELINES:Costumes need to be modest and appropriate for school. If a child brings a costume that is inappropriate in any way on this day, they will not be able to participate. 
  • TENT OR TREAT PRE-SALE: Purchase your child’s pre-sale ticket to the tent-or-treat by Thursday for $5. Tickets will be $7 day of. 
  • PARKING: Please listen to security guard for parking instructions. Additional parking at Loyola lot on 15th/Kenmore.
